It's about a 15-20 minute walk, and is not as far as you'd think.&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;IMHO, it would be easier to get people to buy if the day laborers weren't allowed to continue milling about in the shopping center there.&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;Also, Villa Italia is going to make out like a bandit.  They're very good, and within spitting distance of both complexes. One of the buildings is rentals and the other is sales....wonder if one will do better than the other or they will both work for that area?    &lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;P.S. I think I saw on here a while ago a post/pic of a bike path in that area?
