How do I know?  Well, because slumlord Joe Lieberman, who owned the factory building before it was sold to Antares a few months ago, completely failed to secure the building, so anyone could go inside and take a peek.&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;The views from the top floor, which would have made awesome loft condos, were spectacular.  Straight out to Stamford Harbor, right on the water.  Views in the other direction were not as nice because Lieberman had left the adjacent properties vacant for over a year, so they became total dumping grounds for squatters and dumpers.
