It's the single most valuable aspect of my location. I live within 400 yards of my supermarket, coffee shop, office supply store, two home supply stores, my gym, a dry cleaners, three clothing stores, a Subway, IHOP, Chinese food, several pizza places, and a RadioShack. If I joined one of the local banks that'd be within walking distance too, but my bank isn't too far off.
