Bye For Now
BlogStamford has really become “the hole in the ground” as of late in the Stamford Blogosphere. Occasionally I’m down here pushing around some dirt or planting some bushes around the perimeter, but end of the day, there’s not much going on.
Definitely not due to lack of interest in the CTW, there are just a number of factors competing for my attention right now. I’ve decided to make official what has essentially been the case lately and go on full hiatus.
I have no interest in turning over the name or the site to someone else. I own the domain, and I intend to hold onto it for now. I suspect I’ll be back in 2011 at some point, and between now and then I will give some thought to tightening the focus of the blog on a more specific angle or mission if and when I return.
Until then…

Say it ain't so!
Hope to see you back again soon. You've certainly been an inspiration to me.
No, don't leave!!!
I certainly know what it's like to not be able to devote the time you'd like... I hope the break gets you recharged. Good luck with everything.
But please come back!
Happy New Year. It has been a pleasure reading your Blog. I hope to be reading your thoughts again soon.
OK, seriously -- are you back yet?!! :-)
Dude, time to wake this blog back up. What's the story on Malkin's Metro Tower. It looks like they are starting the foundation and their website claims it will be available for 2013 occupancy. Anyone in the know have the word on this, same with BLT's Gateway, who will take that space? Lets fire up the rumor mill!
Once I'm on the other side of my wedding next month I'll get on the ball.
That Metro work is for a detached parking garage for the Metro Residences (one is built, another in construction. Could be wrong - but don't think it has anything to do with the Tower - that would sit more over towards the filling station.
congrats on the wedding

I think you've had enough rest. Time to awake the blog.
I've only been to Stamford once. Since I spend all my time in Minneapolis, your blog represents my last tie to a piece of personal history.
things are heating up again in stamford....sure its not time to revive the blog? no one is providing dedicated coverage to real estate development in town like you once did.
Come back sooooooon!!!! x
