On my walk home last night I caught something new, full on hookah party going on in the outdoor seating of Layla's Falafel across from Columbus Park. Anyone partaken yet?

Off topic: What is up with all the muggings in downtown and just outside of downtown over the past week?
Why isn't crime a bigger issue in the mayoral race? I'm beginning to question the statistics on Stamford being a safe city.
