Anyone else notice more and more mopeds around town? The prerequisite to ride still seems to be limited to A. being Italian and B. being involved with a restaurant, but I wonder if it is a trend that will grow.
My husband kept talking about getting a moped to ride to work in Stamford, and I told him, "When I stop caring if you live or die, I'll let you know, then you can get the moped." I really don't trust Stamford drivers.

I've thought about taking one to work too, but I agree that it's a life-threatening prospect.
I see Giovanni, the owner of Capriccio, on his Vespa all the time, but he's Italian, so it's cool.
I love this concept! Don't quote me but I heard tell that you no longer need a "motorcycle license" to operate a moped around these parts.
