Looks like work is set to begin on the Mill River resotration as fences started going up around North end of park on both the East and the West sides of the river. Removal of the dam and creation natural river slope with plantings is the second major step in creation of the Mill River greenway after the creation of the playground downstream.

Wow! It's going to be such an improvement. I can't wait!
I have noticed restoration of a number of the very pretty trees (Aeration of ground, fertilizer, etc) while most of the straggly looking ones are coming down, \The only other thing we need to have done is a change in attitude, the liter in the river is awful!
