the nytimes reported on Jan 2 that the work was being delayed because of a dispute surrounding the bidding process brought by a disgruntled contractor.
Anyone know current status?
I’ve been looking around, the decision was supposed to come down mid Jan. I think the other contractor didn’t have much of a case though and the complaint wouldn’t affect timing siginificantly.
