One URL to Rule Them All
In the cutthroat world of URL acquisition I wonder what kind of death match our city government had to prevail in to obtain a generic web address like www.boardofreps.org for Stamford's Board of Reps. Are we just that far around the bend of the technological curve that the CTW is digitally transparent ahead of all others or is the Maple Hill Vermont Board of Reps laying in a pool of blood somewhere?

According to the always entertaining WayBack Machine, Stamford's controlled that domain since its inception in 2001.
I guess that domain just wasn't all that desirable...
it's gonna be worth a lot of money someday...very smart move on their part! ;)
