Trump Rising
Trump Parc has completed the frame of the parking garage section of the building and is begun work on the residence floors. Four or five are already up. Look for this thing to start growing fast. According to the construction team, they'll compete the concrete frame of one story every three days. That means by summer it should be close to claiming it's prize (albeit a short lived one) of the tallest building in the CTW.

Anyone know how much these apts are going for? With such a prime location and luxury that only Trump can offer they must be ridiculously expensive

No. They had some at 600k's which they claim sold out by the time and again they release inventory. Classic strategy to create an illusion of demand.
Why would you pay $600/sq ft+ or more to live here when you can live across the street or block or two away in a nicely updated older townhouse at $300-400k/sq is beyond me. Oh wait..it has a gym and pool and a bellboy, concierge!! Wow.
Manhattan is $1,000 a sq. ft..what a steal! Unlike manhattan however, there are options all around you! Hello!!
Also what gets me is realtors saying oh that place listed for $600k last year (and did not sell), a comparable one will sell for $650k in the market?! Are you stupid or do you think we are?
